Stephen Rathmill, Ph.D., President earned his Ph.D. in the study of leadership, organization systems, development, and change. His research includes the study of mental models and their use in examining how the views of individuals and groups impact their actions and behaviors in organization systems. Rathmill has 27 years of business experience primarily in the high technology field. He has project managed groups of scientists and engineers, and led high performance teams. As a consultant at SCRathmill & Associates, he coached managers and executives to improve their leadership effectiveness that helped them attain their business and career goals.
Simon Rock Levinson, Ph.D., Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer, is the inventor of the EpiVolt biogenerator and has 37 years of research experience in the field of bioelectricity. He received his training at the California Institute of Technology (B.S. and postdoctoral) and the University of Cambridge (Ph.D.), and has authored over 100 articles describing how molecules and cells produce and regulate bioelectricity. He has been the recipient of numerous major grant awards from the National Institutes of Health, National Science Foundation, Department of Energy, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and Muscular Dystrophy Association. He is Professor of Physiology and Biophysics at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine where he has been on the faculty for 28 years.
Chris Sekirnjak, Ph.D. is Director of Research. He has training in physics and neuroscience, and received his Ph.D. from The University of California, San Diego and postdoctoral training at the Salk Institute. He is experienced in a variety of optical and microelectronic techniques for studying the electrical properties of the nervous system. Currently he is a consultant to Second Sight Medical, Inc., in the development of artificial retinas. |
